Easy on the go breakfast drink!

Calling all busy Mums! When you don’t have time in the morning and you are dashing out the door chuck these into your blender for a quick breakfast smoothie to last you for the morning. This should make 1½ glasses so enough for your and your little one! This is our family fav!

• 1 cup softened frozen berries
• 1 vanilla yoghurt
• 1 banana
• 1 handful of blueberries
• 3 handfuls of cut up strawberries

Tip: Make more and store the rest in left over jam jars so you can go back to them when you are feeling peckish!
You can also make this into a dessert for after dinner. Add some fun ingredients like a couple of Oreos!
